About Marcelle

Marcelle Prentice (BA [Crim&Psych], MTeach[Prim]) is a qualified primary school teacher who also holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. A published Psychology Researcher, she is passionate about combining her two skillsets of Teaching and Psychology to nurture students’ mental and academic wellbeing, knowing that one cannot flourish without the other.

Graduating from her Masters in Teaching at the University of Melbourne with the Dean’s Award, Marcelle has taught in Australia and Singapore in Government International School System. Marcelle Graduated from the Diploma of Professional Psychology at Monash University with the Dean’s Award in 2019. Following this accomplishment she worked at Headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation as a School Wellbeing and Education Consultant.

Trained by Professor Lea Waters as a Visible Wellbeing™ Facilitator and Coach, Marcelle joins our team as Program Support Manager for Visible Wellbeing Schools where she enjoys drawing on her experience in research, leadership and teaching to support with our schools in their whole-school journey with Visible Wellbeing.
